According to Article 24 of Decree 33/2023/ND-CP stipulating the evaluation and classification of quality of commune-level cadres and civil servants as follows:
Commune -level officials and public employees (except for the title of civil servant commander of the commune military command) to assess and classify according to the provisions of the Law on cadres and civil servants and regulations of the Government on evaluation and classification of quality cadres, civil servants, officials and relevant law provisions, organizational charter and regulations of the Party, socio -political organizations at the central level.
The order and procedures for evaluating and classifying civil servants commanding the Communal Military Command Head of the commune are prescribed as follows:
- Civil servants self -assess and receive the level of working results according to the assigned responsibilities and tasks.
- The collective of the commune military command and civil servants of the commune -level People's Committee meetings. Comments are recorded and approved at the meeting.
- The President of the People's Committee of the commune evaluates the ranking of civil servants commanding the head of the commune military command and notifies civil servants after consulting in writing by the commander of the district military command.
