General standards and conditions for promotion consideration for the professional title of judicial record officer
On November 25, 2024, the Minister of Justice issued Circular 14/2024/TT-BTP stipulating standards and conditions for considering promotion of professional titles of judicial records, effective from January 15, 2025.
Specifically, the general standards and conditions for consideration of promotion to the professional title of judicial record officer are as follows:
- Meet the standards and conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 32 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Clause 16, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP).
- Meet the general standards of professional ethics and standards of training and development of the professional title of Judicial Record prescribed in Articles 3 and 4 of Circular 13/2024/TT-BTP regulating the code and standards of the professional title of Judicial Record.
- The National Center for Judicial Records has a need for job positions of civil servants for promotion consideration;
- Appointed by competent authority to attend promotion consideration.
General standards and conditions for promotion of professional titles of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 16/2024/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 21, 2024 stipulating standards and conditions for considering promotion of professional titles of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development, effective from January 6, 2025, repealing Circular 02/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.
Accordingly, the general standards and conditions for considering promotion to professional titles of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development are as follows:
- Meet the standards and conditions specified in Clause 16, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP on recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
- There is a vacant job position corresponding to the professional title rank of the civil servant being considered for promotion.
- The agency or unit managing civil servants has a need and nominates civil servants to be considered for promotion to professional titles.
- Regarding certificates of training in agriculture and rural development:
Officials who have obtained a training certificate according to the professional title standards of the rank of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development according to the provisions of law before June 30, 2022 are determined to meet the requirements for a training certificate according to the professional title standards of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development; at the same time, they can use it when considering promotion to the professional title and do not have to attend a training program according to the professional title standards of civil servants specializing in agriculture and rural development.
