Official Dispatch No. 1884/BHXH-KHTC of the Social Insurance of Nam Dinh province stated that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 4791/BHXH-TCKT dated December 20, 2024 of the Vietnam Social Insurance on the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for January and February 2025, the Social Insurance of Nam Dinh province announced the specific plan for payment of pensions and social insurance benefits as follows:
1 - Nam Dinh Provincial Social Insurance:
- The provincial Social Insurance reports to the Provincial People's Committee and announces on the provincial television station about the implementation of pension and social insurance allowance payments for January and February 2025 at the same time as pension and social insurance allowance payments for January 2025.
- Make a list and allocate cash payments for January and February 2025, and send them to the Provincial Post Office before January 3, 2025.
- For pension and social insurance benefits payment through beneficiary accounts, the provincial Social Insurance will create an electronic payment order and transfer it to the beneficiary on January 2, 2025.
2 - Nam Dinh Provincial Post Office:
- Direct the District Post Offices to notify pension and social insurance beneficiaries of the cash payment schedule and organize the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for January and February 2025 from January 5, 2025 to January 8, 2025 at the Payment Points; from January 9, 2025 to February 25, 2025 at the District Post Offices and Nam Dinh City (except for Tet holidays as prescribed).
- District and city post offices organize timely and full payments to beneficiaries in accordance with the payment procedures for social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes. Carry out daily reporting of reductions to the social insurance agency according to Official Dispatch No. 2513/BHXH-CDBHXH dated October 2, 2021 of the provincial social insurance agency.
3 - Social insurance of districts:
- The district Social Insurance reports to the district People's Committee on the plan to pay pensions and social insurance benefits for January and February 2025 of the Social Insurance sector.
- Coordinate with the District Post Office to announce the pension payment schedule for January and February 2025 on mass media, through the commune and town loudspeaker system so that beneficiaries know the payment method through the beneficiary's account of the Social Insurance agency and the cash payment schedule of the Post Office in a timely and complete manner for beneficiaries according to the plan and payment process of social insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.
