In which, the content of the recruitment notice and receipt of the Application Form is based on Article 15.
Article 15. Recruitment notice and acceptance of Application Form
1. The competent recruitment agency must post a Public Recruitment Notice at least once on one of the following mass media: Print newspapers, electronic newspapers, spoken newspapers, visual newspapers; at the same time, it must be posted on the electronic information page or electronic information portal of the competent recruitment agency.
2. The content of the Recruitment Notice includes:
a) Number of positions to be recruited for each job position, in which specific job positions are notified for general recruitment to many different civil servant employers (if any);
b) Number of job positions for conducting entrance exams and recruitment;
c) Standards and conditions of the job position registered for admission.
In case the competent recruitment agency decides to organize a foreign language test, clearly define the foreign language, the content, form, exam time, and determine the score for the result;
d) deadline, address for receiving, method for receiving application forms according to Form No. 01 issued with this Decree (directly, via email, via electronic information portal or by other appropriate electronic means); phone number, electronic letter or other address of the department receiving the application form;
d) Form and content of the exam, admission; time and location of the exam, admission; form of notification to the candidate (msG, email or other appropriate electronic form);
e) Other contents according to the decision of the competent recruitment agency.
3. The head of the competent recruitment agency is allowed to change the content of the recruitment notice once, but only be done at least 10 days before the opening date of the recruitment period and must be made public according to the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article. In case there is a change in the recruitment notice, the relevant regulations will be calculated from the date of the new recruitment notice.
4. The deadline for receiving the application form is 30 days from the date of public announcement as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article and must be specifically determined in the recruitment announcement.
