The steady growth in many areas shows a positive and diverse picture of the labor market in the coming time.
Regarding the structure according to the occupational group, businesses also have significant adjustments in recruitment needs. The leadership and management position accounts for 8.6% (down 5.91% compared to the previous month), meaning that the existing senior management team has stabilized for enterprises. Meanwhile, businesses with a need to recruit high-level professionals account for 20.13% (up 5.22%), which reflects that they are looking for personnel with solid experience and professional skills to meet job requirements.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the labor market is shifting from seasonal human resource needs to more stable and long-term job positions, associated with the core growth drivers of the economy. The labor market still needs a lot of human resources in the trade and service sector to serve the shopping and consumption needs for holidays and Tet. This also means that it will create many job opportunities for the retail, e-commerce, logistics and food and beverage services.
