According to the investor's announcement, the process of receiving applications for buying/renting and renting social housing at CT3 building under the investment project to build a social housing area at CT3, CT4 plots of land in Kim Chung new urban area (Tien Loc commune, Hanoi City) is as follows:
Step 1: Prepare documents
Customers prepare a complete set of documents to register for purchase, lease, purchase and lease according to regulations.
Step 2: Press to get an order
The person who applies for registration to buy, hire-purchase and hire-purchase directly lures, presents the citizen identification card and documents (original), presses the number to get the serial number according to the investor's instructions.
Step 3: Deadline for submitting documents
The officer will record the serial number, register the list and write an appointment slip at the time of submitting the application.
Step 4: Receive documents
The officer receiving the check and compare the citizen identification card and the original documents according to regulations.
If the application is complete and correct according to regulations, the officer will write a receipt.
In case the documents are not complete and not suitable, customers will be instructed to complete and submit them within the prescribed time.
Step 5: draw or negotiate apartment type
Based on the number of registered subjects and valid documents announced by the Hanoi Department of Construction, the Investor organizes a draw or agrees on the type of apartment with the customer according to regulations.
Step 6: Signing the contract
After having the draw results or agreement on the type of apartment, the customer must sign the contract according to the announcement and instructions of the Investor.
In case customers no longer need to buy/rent-in and sublease the project, the investor will refund the dossier for customers to register in another project.
