On the morning of August 19, Mr. Dam Quang Cu, General Director of Vietnam Trade Union Tourism One Member Co., Ltd. attended the early morning of the election session of the Party Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2025-2030.
Mr. Cu said that the Party Committee of Vietnam Trade Union Tourism One Member Co., Ltd. currently has 69 Party members, 10 Party members attending the congress are the most outstanding delegates of the Party Committee of Vietnam Trade Union Tourism One Member Co., Ltd.
The 1st Party Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2025-2030, took place during a period when the country was undergoing major changes. The Party aims to streamline the apparatus, create new positions and forces, new confidence among cadres and Party members... I am very excited and proud to participate and integrate in this especially important period, said Mr. Cu.
According to Mr. Cu, with the Trade Union organization, he is very proud and believes that this will be a milestone for the Vietnam Trade Union organization to become stronger and stronger under the leadership of the Party.
At Vietnam Trade Union Tourism One Member Co., Ltd., workers are very confident in the leadership of the Party and the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, thanks to which the spiritual and material life of workers is increasingly improved.
During the past term of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Cu was especially impressed with the 1 million initiatives program.
The program has become a guideline for the activities of trade unions during the period of epidemics and difficulties. In the midst of difficulties, hardships, unpredictable fluctuations... affecting production, product supply chains, the lives and jobs of workers and laborers are severely affected... timely and practical care of the trade union organization has contributed to maintaining production, not breaking the supply chain... This has created trust among workers, civil servants, laborers and contributed to ensuring social security", Mr. Cu emphasized.
According to Mr. Cu, with the policy of streamlining the apparatus, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor immediately took action. The process of streamlining is quick, taking the lead; ensuring the reorganization process retains core staff.
Looking forward to the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Cu believes that the congress will elect a new Executive Committee with sufficient virtue and talent to implement the Resolution and create new momentum for the Vietnam trade union organization.
