According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in order to provide a database to serve career orientation, education streaming and preparing future human resources for the Capital, the Center launched the newsletter "Hanoi Labor Market Picture for Students and Parents in 2026" with a lot of enrollment information, majors, career orientation...
The newsletter is built by the Hanoi Employment Service Center from the results of a survey of secondary and high school students in the city, reflecting a comprehensive picture of career awareness, future skills and the willingness of the young generation to face the fluctuations of the labor market in the digital age.
The survey results show that Hanoi students are having significant changes in their career awareness. Many students have begun to pay attention to industries with high human resource demand such as information technology, logistics, healthcare, mechanics, automation and high-tech fields. In addition, lifelong learning thinking, ability to adapt to technology and digital skills are increasingly valued by students," said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center.
Also according to Mr. Thanh, the survey also pointed out many notable challenges: A large number of students have not yet clearly identified their abilities and strengths; many students face difficulties in choosing a career amidst countless information in the digital environment.
The newsletter not only reflects the student's perspective but also analyzes the role of family, school and social environment in the process of career orientation.
Mr. Vu Quang Thanh said that through the announcement of the newsletter "Hanoi Labor Market Picture for Students and Parents in 2026", the Hanoi Employment Service Center expects to contribute to narrowing the gap between education and the human resource needs of society. This is not only an information publication but also a tool to support students, parents, schools and management agencies in building a suitable career development roadmap, towards the goal of developing high-quality human resources for the Capital in the new era.
