At the same time, this is also a specific activity to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; contributing to building a modern and professional Trade Union organization, taking union members and workers as the center of service.

Therefore, applying technology to transfer information to union members is an inevitable requirement. From there, the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union has researched and built the "Trade Union Electronic Bookcase" model with the desire to create a convenient digital library, helping union members and workers easily access the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, documents of the Trade Union organization, knowledge of labor law, professional skills, life skills and many other practical contents," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Tien - Chairwoman of Thu Dau Mot Ward Trade Union.
According to records, with just one QR code scan, union members and workers can access the data warehouse anytime, anywhere. This is a solution that both saves costs and improves propaganda efficiency, while creating conditions for workers to actively study, research and update knowledge.
