Visiting workers celebrating Tet away from home
During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province, with about 8,200 workers) will coordinate with the grassroots Trade Union to organize vehicles for workers to return to their hometowns for Tet.
For workers who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet, on the morning of February 15, 2026, the company's Board of Directors and the grassroots trade union executive committee will directly go to the boarding house area to visit, wish Tet and give lucky money to workers celebrating Tet away from home in Nhon Trach and Long Thanh communes. This is an annual activity at the grassroots trade union of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd., visiting workers in difficult circumstances who stay in Dong Nai province to celebrate Tet.
According to representatives of the company's grassroots trade union, in addition to visiting, the trade union also gave lucky money at the beginning of the year to employees.

Free and discounted tickets for workers returning home for Tet
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province, with 34,000 workers), said that with the support of the company's board of directors, the trade union will organize the "Spring Bus Trip" program for workers far from home, using tourist vehicles, clean, safe, air-conditioned 24/24, with turnkey seats, TV.
The organization of the bus trip aims to create conditions for employees to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and reunite with their families by safe vehicles, avoiding the situation of being overloaded with seats affecting health. Company employees will be supported with 50% of return tickets to the company and employees who buy return tickets will be supported with 30%.
The grassroots trade union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province, with about 14,000 workers) also supports bus tickets to take workers home for Tet and return to the business to work during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
The subjects are workers in difficult circumstances, who have not returned to their hometowns for Tet for many consecutive years, who need to return to their hometowns to celebrate the Binh Ngo Tet in 2026 and commit to returning to work at the enterprise after the Tet holiday ends.
Workers in provinces and cities in the Northern region (from the old Binh Dinh province upwards) take buses supported by the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation. Workers traveling on routes to Ca Mau and Quy Nhon take buses implemented by the trade union in coordination with transport service units. When returning to work, workers need to provide bus tickets to the trade union to make payment dossiers for the amount equivalent to the prescribed bus ticket price at the time of going and returning. Representatives of the company's trade union said that about 300-400 workers register each year.
According to the Provincial Department of Home Affairs, in addition to cash bonuses, businesses in the province also implement many other forms of care for workers such as organizing year-end parties, giving gifts from companies and grassroots trade unions, supporting bus tickets or arranging buses to take workers home for Tet.
The Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation also implemented the program "Trade Union Tet Bus - Spring 2026 to take workers home for the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet", expected to support 2,200 bus tickets to take workers home for Tet.
