On the afternoon of January 5, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026), to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, the National Political Publishing House Truth in coordination with the National Assembly Office organized the launching ceremony of the book "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam - Historical Impressions".
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - said that in the past, many valuable books about the National Assembly have been published at the National Political Publishing House Truth, highly appreciated by officials, party members and people, and readers at home and abroad.
The book "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam - Historical Imprints" has recreated the 80-year journey of the National Assembly of Vietnam. This is a journey of wisdom, bravery, dedication and constant aspiration to rise up, towards the goal of serving the people, building sustainable development of the country and a bright future for future generations.
With 80 years of construction and development, the National Assembly of Vietnam has continuously grown stronger, is the embodiment of the great national unity bloc, is the highest representative body of the people, the highest state power body of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, closely attached and responsible to voters, always representing the will and aspirations of the people" - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam emphasized.
Also at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh affirmed that the book "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam - Historical Imprints" is an important milestone in the close and effective coordination process between the National Assembly and the National Political Publishing House of Truth.

In which, publishing the second full set of National Assembly Documents, with revisions, supplements, and completion on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the Vietnamese National Assembly; implementing the provision of books by the National Political Publishing House Truth for National Assembly deputies at each National Assembly session...
At the ceremony, leaders of the National Political Publishing House of Truth awarded the Medal "For the cause of publishing theoretical and political books of the Party and State"; National Assembly leaders awarded Certificates of Merit from the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Chairman of the National Assembly Office to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and many contributions in the work of coordinating the compilation and publication of books in the past time.
