The activity aims to celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, and at the same time respond to Workers' Month in Quang Ngai province.
The tournament attracts 8 teams from Trade Union groups in the Company. The teams are divided into 2 groups, playing in a round-robin format to select 4 teams for the semi-finals. The two winning teams continue to compete in the final to determine the champion.
Clear prize structure, creating motivation for competition. The champion team receives 10 million VND, second prize 6 million VND, third prize 3 million VND. The Organizing Committee also awarded sub-prizes such as style prize and excellent player to encourage the spirit of beautiful competition.
