The program was attended by Mr. Konagai - General Director of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Mr. Bui Duc Tung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Quang Ninh; and 350 athletes who are workers and employees of the company.
The sports festival is organized to promote the health exercise movement, creating a playground for exchange and connection between officers and employees in the entire branch.
The competition contents include: aerobic dancing, tug of war, relay running, sack jumping, badminton and men's and women's football finals.
Speaking at the opening of the festival, Mr. Bui Duc Tung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Quang Ninh - said: This year's sports festival received the attention and close direction of the Company's Board of Directors, along with the coordination and support of the Dong Mai Ward Trade Union.
The program was launched on November 2, 2025 with the Yazaki Quang Ninh Football Tournament, gathering 6 men's teams and 6 women's teams, divided into 4 groups, competing in 18 matches. On the main day, there will be 2 finals for men's and women's football. Then, on December 29, the company continued to organize the Badminton Tournament with 15 participating teams. The support of many workers today will contribute to the success of this year's Sports Festival.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee also organized a lucky draw program with many gifts for workers and laborers participating.
The branch of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Quang Ninh currently has about 3,700 officers and workers. The sports festival is an annual activity, thereby contributing to improving spiritual life, motivating workers to stick with and accompany businesses.
