The tournament was held at the Sports Palace - Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Complex (Tuan Chau Ward).
This year, the tournament has 357 athletes from 24 clubs, representing areas with the strong development of the Pencak Silat and Taekwondo movements such as Ha Long, Hong Gai, Cam Pha, Co To, Van Don and Quang Yen.
In the Pencak Silat event, athletes compete in individual competition in a knockout format, divided into 2 age groups of 1214 and 1517. The tournament has 7 women's weight categories and 9 men's weight categories.
In Taekwondo, athletes compete in the knockout round and the scoring exam. The competition section includes 32 events for age groups and weight classes.
The tournament takes place according to the current rules of the two sports. This is an activity to celebrate major holidays of the country and the province; at the same time, it is an opportunity to evaluate the quality of the movement of practicing and competing in martial arts, thereby selecting excellent athletes for the Quang Ninh sports team.
The tournament will take place from December 6 to 7, 2025 and will close, awarding on the afternoon of December 7, 2025.
