The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Son La province has just announced Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on developing the private economy, collective economy, and developing innovative enterprises in the period 2025 – 2030.
One of the important headings of the Resolution is the target of creating jobs for people.
According to the Fatherland Front agency, Son La sets a target that by the end of 2030, the whole province will have about 5,500 businesses (about 360 newly established businesses each year) and over 43,000 business households, creating jobs and income for more than 107,000 people.
Among them, workers in enterprises are over 40,000 people, with an average income/worker/month reaching 10 million VND or more.
In order to achieve the above goal, the Son La Provincial Party Committee has proposed many solutions. Including solutions to develop human resources, train a team of entrepreneurs, cooperative officials and technology experts.
The Provincial Party Committee directs units to organize diverse and flexible training forms for businesses, cooperatives and state management officials.
The province trains in management skills, digital transformation, digital marketing, international trade and quality control standards.
At the same time, the province will link with universities, research institutes and leading businesses to train high-quality human resources; encourage vocational training associated with employment for youth, women, ethnic minorities and rural workers.
Son La also implements in-depth training programs on science, technology and innovation for entrepreneurs, business managers and cooperatives.
At the same time, research and develop mechanisms for preferential treatment and support to attract high-quality human resources in the fields of science, technology, digital transformation and innovation to work at enterprises, cooperatives and intermediary support organizations of the province.
