The "Miner Tet - 2026" program with the theme "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the country's renovation" was held in Tien Yen commune, the first year that Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV) organized in a direct form, combined with online connection to 24 bridge points at units throughout the Group.

At the program, over 3,800 workers were given Tet gifts; participated in cultural and artistic exchanges; drew prizes with 460 gifts such as TVs, oil-free fryers, induction cookers... with a total value of over 1.5 billion VND.

Preparing for Tet Nguyen Dan 2026, units in the Group have developed salary and bonus plans; balancing salary funds and bonus funds to supplement salaries and Tet bonuses.
TKV proactively supports units facing difficulties in production and business, ensuring that 100% of employees have Tet bonuses with a minimum level of 10 million VND/person.

In which, 45 units supplemented salaries in 2025 (month 13 salary) for over 78,000 workers with a total amount of 955 billion VND.
24 units rewarded Tet bonuses to nearly 42,000 workers with an amount of 125 billion VND.
Units organized lucky money celebrations and spring openings for nearly 84,000 workers, with a total budget of 89 billion VND.
The total expenditure for employees during the Lunar New Year 2026 is 2,452 billion VND.

Companies in the Group have arranged 314 bus trips to pick up 11,887 workers to return to their hometowns for Tet with a budget of 5.6 billion VND; 283 bus trips to pick up over 10,000 workers returning to work with a budget of 5.2 billion VND.
Supporting 20,000 bus tickets for workers in remote and isolated areas who do not have centralized vehicles with a budget of 16.3 billion VND.

Speaking at the program, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - former member of the Politburo, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council - affirmed that "Miner Tet" is not only an occasion to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring, celebrate the country's renovation, but also an opportunity to meet, encourage, and affirm the important role of workers and the Vietnamese working class.
The program was organized immediately after the success of the 14th National Party Congress. In particular, after the Congress, General Secretary To Lam visited and encouraged Quang Ninh workers in general and workers in the Coal - Mineral industry in particular - a "red address" of important significance for the formation and development of the Vietnamese working class.
