Implementing the 2024 Work Program, with the consent of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Department of Party and Political Affairs directed the People's Public Security Trade Union to organize a training course to update knowledge and skills for key trade union officials in 2024.
The training course has 7 topics such as: Promoting coordination in implementing the movement "All people protect national security"; Skills in directing propaganda work in the new context; Opportunities and challenges for Vietnam Trade Unions today; Security issues among workers today; Thinking and skills of trade union officials in the new context; Skills in directing the implementation of representative tasks, taking care of the rights and interests of union members and workers; Inspection work and trade union finance...
The training course was attended by lecturers from the Ministry of Public Security and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The course aims to help union officials improve their knowledge, professional skills and practical capacity. The course provides in-depth knowledge of union work and updates on union integration issues in the new context.
The course took place over 4 days, combining theory and practice, including visits and experience exchanges with the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union, and organizing a seminar on "The role of emulation movements in building trade union organizations; leadership thinking of trade union officials in the context of digital transformation".
