Emulation cluster No. 2 of Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation includes Labor Federations of cities and towns: Dong Trieu, Uong Bi, Quang Yen, Ha Long, Cam Pha, Mong Cai.
In 2024, the Labor Federations in Emulation Cluster No. 2 closely followed the direction of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and local Party committees, organizing many practical activities such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Workers' Month" and the program "Welfare for union members".
Activities focus on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, civil servants, and laborers; focusing on propaganda, training, and education on labor safety, and promptly resolving laborers' petitions.
These results have contributed positively to social stability and local economic development.
In 2025, Emulation Cluster No. 2 aims to effectively implement resolutions, programs, and work plans, promote emulation movements, promote initiatives, and reform administrative procedures;
Focus on implementing solutions to enhance the role and position of trade unions, grasp the situation at the grassroots level. Focus on perfecting the organization, training cadres, improving the quality of trade union activities. Link trade union activities with local political tasks.
At the end of the conference, leaders of the city and town Labor Federations in the cluster signed a competition agreement, expressing their determination to successfully complete the goals set in 2025.
