Accordingly, VEAM Trade Union coordinated with grassroots trade unions of affiliated units to organize training on the revised Trade Union Law and skills to handle situations arising in Trade Union activities.
Participating in the training are the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union; Chairman, Vice Chairman, Accountant, Inspection Committee and staff working at the Trade Union at the grassroots Trade Union under the VEAM Trade Union.
In addition to the contents of the revised Trade Union Law, Trade Union officials are able to systematically exchange legal documents related to labor relations in enterprises. Along with that are hypothetical situations and real situations in the process of handling and resolving problems arising in operations. Discussing and resolving those situations helps union officials be proactive and confident in performing tasks that union members and workers have trusted and entrusted them with.
The training course is highly appreciated because the VEAM Trade Union has made efforts in actively implementing the dissemination of the revised Trade Union Law in 2025.
This also shows that this is a bright spot in the units of the Trade Union at the grassroots level that actively carry out the political tasks of the Trade Union organization, including the dissemination and propaganda of legal policies, contributing to promoting the role, functions and efficiency of the Trade Union organization in the new era.
