On the evening of October 4, at the Pac Bo Special National Relic Site (Truong Ha Commune, Ha Quang District), the Border Guard Command (BDBP) coordinated with the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province to organize the program "Diem - Full Moon Festival Night" in 2025, bringing children in the border area a warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival.
The program was attended by Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense; and leaders of central departments and branches. On the side of Cao Bang province, there were comrades Quan Minh Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hai Hoa - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with representatives of departments, branches, localities and a large number of people in the border area.
The program took place in a bustling atmosphere with performances, lion dances, folk games, magics, and interactions with Ms. Hang and Uncle Cuoi, bringing joy to more than 700 children in Truong Ha commune and children in the program "Promoting your steps to school - adopted children of the Border Guard station", Project "Army officers and soldiers to lift your steps to school".

Speaking at the program, Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan - Political Commissar of the Border Guard emphasized: in recent years, the Border Guard has always accompanied border localities in socio-economic development, caring for people's lives, especially children.
The program "Border Guard - Full Moon Festival Night" demonstrates the affection and responsibility of border guards and soldiers towards the people in the border area, contributing to tightening the military-civilian relationship, fostering trust and motivation for the younger generation.
On this occasion, the Ministry of National Defense presented 100 gifts to children in difficult circumstances; the Border Guard Command and the People's Committee of Cao Bang province presented 512 scholarships to poor students overcoming difficulties, students in the programs "Promoting children to school - adopted children of Border Guard Station" and "Army officers and soldiers to support children to school"; presented more than 3,300 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of Truong Ha commune. In addition, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union also presented 40 gifts to students in special circumstances.
The program ended with a bustling drum, sparkling full moon and bright smiles of children in the border area, expressing the close bond between the army and people at the head of the Fatherland.
