Attending the conference were Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Committee of Phu Tho Industrial Parks, along with a large number of trade union officials and workers in Hoa Binh area.
At the program, Ms. Nguyen Le Thuy - an educational psychologist (Institute of Educational Technology and Human Resource Development) conveyed many practical contents such as: Identifying and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace; building a safe and respectful working environment; skills to maintain family happiness; parenting methods towards positive life values.
Through training, trainees are equipped with more knowledge and skills to behave in a modern working environment, contributing to building a healthy and safe office culture. At the same time, the program also emphasizes the role of families in raising and educating children and preserving good values.
Leaders of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation said that this is a practical activity to raise awareness and skills for union members and workers, and at the same time spread the message of respect, sharing and responsibility in building a prosperous, progressive, and happy family.
