The conference held on May 16 was attended by Mr. Trinh Van Phuoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation and more than 100 typical individuals and groups were commended, representing tens of thousands of union members and workers working in industrial parks and export processing zones of the province.
Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Trade Union of Tay Ninh Economic Zone affirmed: "Each individual, each collective is honored today is not only their own pride, but also a lively symbol of the spirit of overcoming difficulties, creative labor, dedication to the development of businesses and the community. kind in labor ".
The highlight of this year's Conference is the seminar program with typical advanced collectives and individuals, where delegates listen to authentic and touching sharing about the journey of effort, creativity and overcoming difficulties in labor, production and trade union organization.
Outstanding collectives also shared the model of organizing emulation movements in their units - where the spirit of emulation is not a slogan, but a specific action, associated with real life, arousing the initiative and sense of responsibility of each union member.
At the Conference, 20 collectives and 85 individuals were commended not only for their outstanding figures and achievements in production and business, but also for their spirit of solidarity, creativity, and perseverance in overcoming difficulties and challenges to contribute to building a safe, friendly and effective working environment.
Today's advanced examples come from many different fields and occupations: some are direct production workers, some work in labor safety, some are in charge of grassroots trade unions, some are engineers who are researching and improving techniques day and night... No matter the position, they all have in common a sense of responsibility, a will to rise up and a deep love for the profession.
