The race took place on May 10, with the participation of Ms. Phan Thi Hong Dao - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Vice President of the Economic Zone Trade Union and nearly 900 union members, workers, and foreign experts working at enterprises in industrial parks in the province.
In the 5 km distance for men and 3 km for women, athletes Nguyen Tan Thanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of SML&FT Company Limited (Vietnam) and Tran Thi Thu Hang - a member of the Trade Union of Pou Hung Vietnam Company Limited won the first prize with a time of 18 minutes and 16 minutes respectively. The prize for the first prize is 1 million VND, flags, medals and souvenirs.
Mr. Chen Fa Zhi of Gain Lucky Company Limited (Vietnam) won first prize in the running event for foreign experts.
The Organizing Committee coordinated with Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company - Tay Ninh Industrial Park and Phuoc Dong Industrial Park Police Station to carefully prepare for the race, ensuring logistics, healthcare, security and order throughout the race.
At the end of the race, the Organizing Committee presented gifts and medals to the athletes participating in the race. In joy and excitement, athletes hope that the cross-court race will continue to be held annually.
The tournament not only creates a healthy playground but also contributes to raising awareness of physical exercise, building a healthy and dynamic workforce, meeting the development requirements of the province.
