At another company, Uy Viet Shoe Manufacturing Company Limited, about 8,500 employees also felt secure in their work when they learned that the Tet bonus was announced to be one month's salary. Not only do businesses with many workers take good care of their employees. Some small businesses, despite facing difficulties in production and business activities, still try to give their employees a full Tet holiday.
