To conduct research and compile the history of the workers' movement and the Ha Tinh Trade Union, volume 3, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor established an Editorial Board, developed a compilation plan, detailed outline and organized research and compilement for nearly 2 months.
During the research and compilation process, the Editorial Board has made great efforts in collecting documents, image data, comparing them with the history of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee and other related documents.
The editing committee directly worked and discussed with leaders of a number of grassroots trade unions (CDCS), trade unions at the grassroots level to get information and twice organized to collect comments and supplements from members of the Editorial Board.
Up to now, the draft of the Trade Union History Book volume 3 has basically had all the contents according to the detailed outline.
At the workshop, many dedicated and responsible opinions were exchanged and commented on by delegates on key contents.
That is the layout of the chapters, selection of content, images, in-depth analysis and highlight of movements, outstanding achievements, and important events;
The Trade Union Shelter Program, the new rural construction movement, especially the delegates paid attention to innovating the way of writing, ensuring historical and scientific aspects.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized: The book "History of the workers' movement and Ha Tinh Trade Union" - volume 3 records the glorious journey of Ha Tinh Trade Union from 2011 - 2025.
This will be a valuable document for union members and workers to research, learn, contribute to strengthening their trust, will to strive, and constantly contribute to union members and workers in the cause of comprehensive innovation as the country prepares to enter the era of national growth.
