On August 25, a representative of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in July 2025, based on positive recovery signals from many fields, the recruitment demand across the city is estimated to reach over 50,000 positions.

Based on a survey and information collection of 1,261 vacant jobs of 458 enterprises at the Center, the recruitment demand in July 2025 focused heavily on the trade - service sector. Of which, the group of other service activities continues to account for the highest proportion with 60.21%.
