On the afternoon of May 21, the Trade Union of Bac Nha Trang Ward (Khanh Hoa province) organized the launch of Workers' Month 2026 and Action Month on OSH.
Accordingly, the Trade Union of Bac Nha Trang ward focuses on mobilizing union members and workers to propose initiatives and solutions for digital transformation in the workplace, contributing to promoting the innovation movement.
At the same time, the trade union will coordinate with units and businesses in the area to implement many activities to care for union members' lives such as the "Thank you to workers" program, "Trade Union meals", and support union members in difficult circumstances.
In parallel with care activities, the trade union strengthens the application of science and technology, monitoring processes to prevent labor accidents, improve working conditions and ensure safety at the workplace.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Bac Nha Trang ward presented 110 gifts to union members and workers who suffered from labor accidents, critical illnesses and are in difficult circumstances in the area, with a total support budget of 110 million VND from the Provincial Labor Federation.
Ms. Le Hoang Thien Huong - Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Vega City Company - said that in the context of the strong economic transformation under the impact of digital transformation, international integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the role of workers is increasingly affirmed.
According to Ms. Huong, workers today are not only diligent and responsible but also must constantly learn, innovate, and master technology to improve productivity and labor quality. Workers are also identified as the center of the business's development strategy.
Each initiative, each technical improvement or innovation idea of workers is an important resource to help businesses improve competitiveness and develop sustainably," Ms. Huong said.
Representatives of grassroots trade unions of enterprises also committed to continue to coordinate with enterprises to improve working conditions, ensure labor safety, promote innovation, vocational skills training, digital skills and technology application to improve labor productivity in parallel with ensuring safety.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Labor Federation emphasized the meaning of Workers' Month this year.
At the same time, he requested trade union levels to continue to pay attention to caring for workers, strengthen propaganda on occupational safety and health, social insurance, and raise awareness of complying with safety regulations in the workplace.
He also noted that ensuring labor safety must be identified as a regular task, requiring coordination between trade union organizations, businesses and workers themselves.
