On May 15, the Provincial Labor Federation and the Trade Union Committee of Khanh Hoa Industrial Park organized a program to provide support to union members and workers working at Innoflow NT Co., Ltd. (located in Du Long Industrial Park, Thuan Bac commune).
This is a practical care activity being widely implemented by Khanh Hoa trade union levels in May - Workers' Month.
At the program, 40 union members and workers who suffered from labor accidents, occupational diseases or were in particularly difficult circumstances of Innoflow NT Co., Ltd. were supported by the trade union organization. Each gift is worth 1 million VND, with a total support budget of 40 million VND.
As a business with more than 5,800 employees, including 5,793 union members, the grassroots trade union of Innoflow NT Co., Ltd. said that the majority of workers at the enterprise are local people, and workers who are ethnic minorities account for a large proportion.
Currently, the enterprise is expanding production, and the lives of union members have improved significantly with an average income of about 8 million VND. However, there are still many union members in difficult circumstances who need to be supported by the trade union.
Moved to receive a gift of 1 million VND, Ms. Pi Nang Thi Kich (resident of Bac Ai commune, Khanh Hoa province) shared that as a single mother raising 2 children and an elderly mother, her current income only meets the minimum living standards.
I go to work from 5 am by motorbike to the company, the job is stable, so I receive about 8 million VND per month. The union's support today I will save up to send my children to school" - Ms. Kich said.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Khanh Hoa Industrial Park, in Workers' Month 2026, the Trade Union will allocate 1,600 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances.
In which, supporting union members in difficult circumstances in grassroots trade unions under industrial park and industrial cluster trade unions is 500 units with a total budget of 500 million VND.
The May union member support activity both practically shares and encourages the spirit of workers to continue to feel secure in their work, stabilize their lives and be attached to the business for a long time.
Not only carrying the meaning of material support, the program also demonstrates the companion role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Through this activity, the trade union organization also hopes that businesses will continue to coordinate to better care for the material and spiritual lives of workers; and at the same time ensure a safe, stable and sustainable working environment.
