On April 1st, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Phuc Thinh stuffed animal Co., Ltd., Huong My commune, with the participation of trade union leaders, local authorities and businesses.
At the conference, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decisions: recognizing 68 trade union members; establishing grassroots trade unions; appointing the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions according to regulations.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman; Comrade Pham Tuyen Thu held the position of Vice Chairwoman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Phuc Thinh stuffed animals Co., Ltd.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, representing the Executive Committee, expressed her determination to build a strong trade union organization, performing well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the same time, the grassroots Trade Union will closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; launch labor production emulation, contributing to bringing the enterprise to sustainable development.
At the Conference, Ms. Vo Cao Anh Thi - Representative of the Board of Directors of Phuc Thinh stuffed animals Co., Ltd. acknowledged the role of the Trade Union organization and committed to creating all favorable conditions for the company's grassroots Trade Union to operate effectively in the coming time.
Speaking to direct the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions with 68 members is an important foundation for the trade union organization to develop strongly, and is a bridge between workers and businesses.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to quickly stabilize the organization, develop working regulations, assign specific tasks, and develop an activity program close to the needs and aspirations of union members and workers.
The conference took place solemnly and in accordance with regulations, being the fourth grassroots Trade Union established in the province from the beginning of 2026, contributing to improving the effectiveness of caring for and representing workers.
