On September 19, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of the Western Economic - Technical Secondary School had just held a ceremony to announce the Decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union of the Western Economic - Technical Secondary School.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision to admit trade union members for officials, teachers, and employees of the school; Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of the Western Economic - Technical Intermediate School and appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the first term.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union marks a new step in the work of gathering, representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, officials, teachers and employees of the school.
Grassroots trade unions create conditions for trade union organizations to coordinate with professional departments to implement emulation movements, care for the lives of union members and workers, and build a united, democratic, and responsible working environment.
Speaking at the ceremony, school leaders and representatives of Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union congratulated the new union members and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union; and at the same time requested the Trade Union of Mien Tay Economic - Technical Secondary School to soon stabilize the organization, build a practical activity program, towards union members and workers.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the first term is responsible for promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
