Immediately after the announcement and launch of the grassroots trade union, Gia Vien Ward Trade Union organized a specialized training session on collective dialogue and negotiation skills. At the training session, trade union officials of newly established units were equipped with basic knowledge and practical skills on collective negotiation procedures, methods of preparing content and art of dialogue at the workplace; techniques for building and signing collective labor agreements to ensure that there are more beneficial clauses for workers compared to legal regulations (on salaries, working hours, rest, meals and other welfare regimes)...
