On July 27, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that on the afternoon of July 26, the unit held a conference to review the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions in the first 6 months of the year, deploying tasks in the coming time and announcing the Decision to establish the Northern Grassroots Union Cluster.
Attending and directing the conference were Comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, along with comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders of the Trade Union Working Committee, the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee and representatives of the Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots Trade Unions in the cluster.
The Northern Cluster currently has 104 grassroots unions, with 7,970 union members (including grassroots unions in 20 wards and communes: Bac Hong Linh Ward, Nam Hong Linh Ward; communes: Thach Ha, Toan Luu, Viet Xuyen, Dong Kinh, Thach Xuan, Loc Ha, Hong Loc, Mai Phu, Can Loc, Tung Loc, Gia Hanh, Trung Luu, Xuan Loc, Dong Loc, Tien Dien, Nghi Xuan, Co Dam, Dan Hai).
The officials in charge of the Cluster include: comrade Le Thi Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; comrade Le Nu Ai Chi and comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hoang - Deputy Head of the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee; comrade Le Thi Nhan - expert of the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee.
The establishment of the cluster aims to strengthen links, support activities between grassroots trade unions, and improve the effectiveness of trade union organizations in the new situation.
