Nam Dinh - The grassroots union of private independent preschool classes in Loc Hoa ward (Nam Dinh city) is the first grassroots union established in this province.

On October 27, the Nam Dinh City Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision of the grassroots union of independent private preschool classes in Loc Hoa ward.

At the ceremony, Nam Dinh City Labor Federation presented the decision to establish a grassroots union and announced the decision to recognize union members for 30 workers.

Previously, the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor had stepped up its direction to ensure the establishment of grassroots unions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Dinh Trung - Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial Labor Federation - requested the grassroots trade union of private independent preschools in Loc Hoa ward to step up propaganda so that union members can grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, as well as legal regulations on labor and trade unions.

From the establishment of grassroots unions, workers are encouraged to join trade unions to be cared for and represented to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

Also at the ceremony, the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts and a symbolic sign supporting 5 million VND to the grassroots union of independent private preschool classes in Loc Hoa ward.
