Hoi An City Labor Federation (Labor Federation) has cooperated with the Board of Directors of Hoi An Toai Nang Hotel Joint Stock Company to have just held a ceremony to admit union members and establish grassroots trade unions (grassroots grassroots levels) at the enterprise. This is the 5th unit established in the first 6 months of the year, demonstrating the efforts of the City Labor Federation in developing trade unions, expanding the network of labor rights to protect workers.
Here, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 53 new members and decided to establish the grassroots grassroots Corporation of Hoi An Toai An Hotel Joint Stock Company. The provisional executive committee of 5 comrades has been appointed, with Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Thao - Assistant Head of the Lobby Department, holding the position of Chairman of the Community College.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Chairman of Hoi An City Labor Federation - expressed his wish that the Board of Directors of the Company would continue to care and support for the grassroots trade union to operate effectively. At the same time, he suggested that the Executive Committee of the new grassroots grassroots college should proactively develop the operation regulations, well implement the democratic regulations at the workplace, protect the legal rights of workers, launch emulation movements, contribute to raising incomes, stabilizing jobs and life for union members, becoming a solid bridge between workers and businesses.
