Speaking at the working session, VGCL President Nguyen Anh Tuan welcomed the Ambassador to visit and work with VGCL. In an exchange with the Ambassador, VGCL President Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed that the Vietnam Trade Union is ready to share experiences with CTC; and will coordinate with the Cuban Embassy to connect Vietnamese and Cuban businesses - especially energy, food, and consumer goods businesses...
The President of the VGCL informed the Cuban Ambassador that the leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are reporting to the Standing Committee of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on the fact that the Fatherland Front and member organizations will launch a program to support the Cuban people.
When there is a policy, the Vietnam Trade Union, in the spirit of considering CTC and Cuban workers as its closest friends, will respond responsibly, to contribute to the special common relationship between Vietnam and Cuba.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Rogelio Polanco Fuentes, Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, said that in the most difficult times, Vietnam and Cuba always accompany, support, and share with each other. This includes the sharing of the Trade Union organization and Vietnamese workers with CTC and Cuban workers.
The Cuban Ambassador informed the leaders of the VGCL of new policies related to the economy and society of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba; and at the same time informed about the key activities of CTC...
In the coming time, we will continue to exchange with you to absorb experiences in the process of socio-economic reform. At the same time, the Cuban Embassy in Vietnam continues to act as a bridge between the VGCL and CTC so that the two organizations have more activities that bring practical benefits to union members and workers" - Mr. Rogelio Polanco Fuentes said.
