Implementing Official Dispatch No. 160 dated March 19, 2026 of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Trade Union (TKV) on the implementation of the "Trade Union Home" program for workers in 2026, the Trade Union of Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company directly surveyed the actual circumstances and conducted acceptance of each project of the worker's family at the request of departmental trade unions in the company.
Recently, the company's Trade Union completed dossiers and provided financial support to 3 union member families including Mr. Nguyen Duc Hau (Treasury Department), Mr. Nguyen Van Nam (Transport Workshop 3) and Ms. Dinh Thi Xuyen (Repair Workshop 1).
Regarding the amount of funding for donations, for the two new construction projects of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hau's family and Mr. Nguyen Van Nam's family, each household received a support level of 100 million VND. Of which, the TKV Trade Union supported 90 million VND and Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company supported 10 million VND.
For the repair project of Ms. Dinh Thi Xuyen's family, the support fund is 40 million VND, including 30 million VND from the TKV Trade Union and 10 million VND supported by the Company.
Thus, the total funding support handed over directly to the 3 families in this phase is 240 million VND, of which funding from the TKV Trade Union is 210 million VND and Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company is 30 million VND.
The meticulous survey and actual acceptance of each house have helped the support source reach the right address, ensuring publicity and transparency.
In parallel with the fundraising activity, the survey delegation of the Company's Trade Union also directly inspected and assessed the housing situation of the next 3 union member families to prepare for the upcoming donation.
That is the case of worker Tran Ngon Hieu, driver - Transport Workshop 5; worker Le Van Doan, Drilling Operation Workshop - Drilling Site and worker Dao Tuan Thinh, Pump Repairer - Repair Workshop 1.
The "Trade Union Shelter" program is a practical and meaningful humanitarian activity, showing the concern and deep companionship of the Trade Union organization towards workers in difficult circumstances. Supporting the construction and renovation of houses not only helps workers improve living conditions and feel secure in starting a career, but also spreads the spirit of mutual affection and tightens the bond between workers and the unit.
