In mid-May 2025, the Hanoi Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) coordinated with the Kieu Phu Commune Trade Union to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Trade Union Warm House for Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc - a worker at Sunhouse Household Appliance Production Co., Ltd.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc was born in 1978, has been attached to the business for 19 years. She and her husband have 2 children. Life was already difficult and became even more difficult when in 2021 Ms. Ngoc was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and now she has to undergo many long-term chemotherapy sessions... Faced with the difficult circumstances of union members, trade union levels have surveyed and considered and the Hanoi Labor Federation decided to support 50 million VND to build a Trade Union Shelter for Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc's family.
What moved Ms. Ngoc and her family was not only the financial support but also the Trade Union organizing the groundbreaking ceremony for the house construction.
At the groundbreaking ceremony for building Ms. Ngoc's Trade Union Shelter organized by the Kieu Phu Commune Trade Union, Mr. Do Le Nhan - Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc's uncle - tremblingly said thank you to the Trade Union levels for their concern and support for the family in the most difficult times.

Also in Workers' Month 2026, the Hanoi Labor Federation coordinated with the Noi Bai Commune Trade Union to organize the handover of funds to support the repair of the Trade Union Shelter for Mr. Tran Dinh Quan - a trade union member of Xuan Hoa Construction Ceramics Joint Stock Company.
The special thing here is the socialization method, bringing more benefits to union members in housing difficulties of Noi Bai Commune Trade Union.
At the handover ceremony of support funds for Trade Union Shelter, in addition to funds and housewarming gifts from the City Labor Federation, gifts from the company, Mr. Quan's family also received gifts in kind and cash from sponsors.
Among the many gifts and cash of 18 million that Mr. Quan's family received, there was the joint effort of businesses and individuals.
