At the ceremony, the City Labor Federation announced decisions to admit union members, establish grassroots trade unions and appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong II Paper Joint Stock Company; and presented decisions to representatives of union members and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks congratulated the Executive Committee and trade union members.
At the same time, it is proposed that grassroots trade unions soon develop operating regulations, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; strengthen coordination with businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
