When completed and put into use, the project will help the people of An Ngai Dong village in general and workers and laborers in the self-managed workers' groups of the boarding house area in particular to have a spacious and solid project for meetings and community activities.

At the same time, this is a place to propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people and temporary workers; maintaining the solidarity of ethnic groups and accelerating the progress of new rural construction in the locality...

Mr. Le Van Dai - Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - said: "Hoa Son Commune is the area with the most self-managed workers' groups in Da Nang City, so there are also many workers and temporary laborers residing in this area. The An Ngai Dong Village Cultural House will also be a safe shelter for people and temporary workers during the rainy and stormy season".
