The Company's Trade Union has also registered emulation targets, emulation titles at the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Trade Union level, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Trade union departments registered to take over and complete 10 projects, with a total value of over 25 billion VND. Professional leaders rewarded projects with 191 million VND, and the Trade Union rewarded 50 million VND.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Nhuong, the Trade Union also coordinates with professional departments to organize movements to promote initiatives, technical improvements, rationalization of production, and assign emulation targets for initiatives in 2026 among union members and workers. Since the beginning of the year, 65 initiatives have been registered for implementation.
The Trade Union also coordinated to organize the 2026 Company-level Skilled Worker Contest; 109 workers participated in the underground mining, underground mine construction, and underground mine electromechanical competition.
To recognize the achievements of collectives and individuals in Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company in the past time, the President awarded the Third-class Labor Medal to 1 individual; the VGCL awarded the "Creative Labor Medal" to 3 individuals; the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Trade Union awarded the title "Creative Miner" to 3 individuals and the title "Glory of a Miner" to 3 individuals. The Company rewarded 3 collectives and 34 typical individuals who received certificates of merit from the Ministry of Finance, with an amount of 140.4 million VND.
Along with that, the Trade Union also coordinated to evaluate and organize commendation and reward for 38 workers who are examples of "Workers - Soldiers" in the first and second quarters of 2026, the amount of 76 million VND; evaluated 704 outstanding individuals in the monthly and quarterly emulation movements, rewarded a total amount of 342.4 million VND.
