Notice of inviting consultants to prepare audit cost estimates

    The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just announced the consultation on the cost estimate for auditing the 2024 Trade Union Financial Statements of the District/City Labor Federation, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Union and units directly under the Vietnam Civil Servants' Union.

    Pursuant to the Law on Trade Unions and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Unions; Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023; Notice No. 284/TB-TLD dated April 3, 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on auditing the 2024 Trade Union Financial Statements of the District/District Labor Federation, Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Unions and units directly under the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union.

    The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor respectfully invites units and consulting organizations with sufficient capacity and experience to: Consult on the preparation of the audited costs of the 2024 Trade Union Financial Statements of the District/District Labor Federation, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union and units directly under the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union.

    Time to receive capacity documents and report consultation costs of units and organizations: From April 4, 2025 to April 8, 2025 (during office hours).

    Location for receiving capacity documents and quotations: 8th floor, headquarters of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, No. 65 Quan Su Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City (at the Finance Department).
