On April 19, according to the People's Committee of Ngoc Lac District (Thanh Hoa Province), the unit had the results of reviewing the enrollment work from the 2016-2017 school year to 2020 - 2021 of Ngoc Lac Secondary School Ethnic Minority School (Ngoc Lac Secondary School's School of PTD) and the overcoming of the regime payment for students recruited for wrong subjects.

Accordingly, in the 2016 - 2017 school year, Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities incorrectly recruited 26 students; in the 2017 - 2018 school year, it incorrectly recruited 25 students; in the 2018 - 2019 school year, it incorrectly recruited 30 students (the remaining school years were not recruited incorrectly).

Thus, in the period from the 2016 - 2017 school year to the 2020 - 2021 school year, a total of 81 students recruited the wrong subjects, with the total cost of paying the regime being more than 4.7 billion VND.

To recover the above incorrect expenditure, many individuals involved have voluntarily paid the funds. Accordingly: Mr. Pham Van Dat - Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, former Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee in charge of the Education and Training sector - voluntarily paid 800 million VND; Ms. Pham Thi Ngan - former Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ngoc Lac district - paid 700 million VND;

Mr. Vu Ngoc Liem - Principal of Ngoc Lac High School, former Deputy Head of Education and Training Department - paid VND 800 million; Mr. Le Huy Hoan - Expert of Education and Training Department, in charge of advising the admission work - paying 700 million VND; Ms. Bui Thi Cay - former Principal of Ngoc Lac Secondary School, former Chairman of the Admissions Council - paid VND 700 million;

Mr. Pham Van Cuong - Principal of Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, former Vice Principal of the school - paid 550 million VND; Mr. Le Ngoc Su - Vice Principal of Kien Tho Secondary School, former Vice Principal of Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities - paid 400 million VND; Mr. Le Van Tham - teacher at Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities - paid 40 million VND; Ms. Ha Thi Khue - teacher at Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities - paid more than 45 million VND.

After implementing the collection, Ngoc Lac Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities collected more than 4.2 billion VND, 500 million VND less than the total amount of money that individuals had voluntarily expressed.
