Hanoi Social Insurance said: According to the provisions of Article 4, Interdisciplinary Guidelines No. 6475/HD-YT-BHXH dated December 26, 2024 on registration for initial health insurance examination and treatment in Hanoi in 2025:
Health insurance participants are allowed to register for initial health insurance examination and treatment at one of the provincial or central medical examination and treatment facilities with permanent or temporary residence or work or study in the same area in a district, county or town when the number of health insurance medical examination and treatment facilities has not exceeded the number of cards prescribed in Appendix No. 02".
Hanoi Children's Hospital is a city-level health insurance medical examination and treatment facility and receives medical examination and treatment registration for people under 16 years old.
At Point a, Clause 6, Article 7 of Circular 01/2025/TT-BYT, it is stipulated that: Health insurance participants are allowed to change the place of initial health insurance examination and treatment registration on the first 15 days of each quarter to suit the place of residence, work or study.
