HCMC - A company has announced the bonus that workers can receive in early 2026 up to 2 months' salary and many other items.

On December 3, the Trade Union of ETOP Vietnam Co., Ltd. (My Xuan B1 Tien Hung Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City) announced that the enterprise had announced the bonus that workers can receive in early 2026.

In which, the year-end bonus (monthly salary 13, maximum is 200% of basic salary (calculated according to actual working days). Employees must continue to work until February 13, 2026 and will receive bonuses via bank transfer.

In addition, employees will also receive special bonuses for unpaid leave and unlicensed leave in 2025; year-end bonuses (payed before January 10, 2026); year-end lucky money when working for 6 consecutive days after Tet...

The enterprise also notified the review and evaluation to increase the salary for workers who have worked for 1 year or more. The content of the assessment is work efficiency, diligence, working spirit, skills development, capacity... in 2025. The assessment results are calculated on a scale of 100, including 3 milestones corresponding to 3 salary increases; those who are assessed below 44/100 points will not receive a salary increase.
