The bonus level for professional soldiers classified as having completed their tasks well in 2025 is based on the instructions in the Circular of the Ministry of National Defense.

Circular 95/2024/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense guides the implementation of the annual periodic bonus regime and the extraordinary bonus regime for subjects receiving salaries from the state budget under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

Officers, professional soldiers, defense workers, defense officials and civil servants working in the Army are one of the three groups of subjects applying this Circular.

Clause 2, Article 3 of the Circular stipulates the annual bonus regime as follows:

2. Bonus level

a) For subjects assessed and classified as having completed their tasks excellently: In 2024, the bonus level is 4 times the basic salary; from 2025 onwards, the bonus level is 8 times the basic salary.

b) For subjects assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well: In 2024, the bonus level is 3.5 times the basic salary; from 2025 onwards, the bonus level is 7 times the basic salary.

c) For subjects assessed and classified as having completed their tasks: In 2024, the bonus level is 1.5 times the basic salary; from 2025 onwards, the bonus level is 3 times the basic salary.

Thus, the bonus level for professional soldiers classified as having completed their tasks well in 2025 is 7 times the basic salary.

According to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month.
