As Lao Dong reported, at noon on November 4, Mr. Nguyen Cong Dinh discovered two suspicious individuals on a motorbike, so he followed them to monitor them. When they reached Nguyen Tuong Street, Phan Thiet City, the person sitting behind them got on a motorbike parked in front of a house and sped away.
Mr. Dinh drove his motorbike straight into the thief and chased him, together with the people, promptly arrested the thief and handed him over to the police.
By the evening of the same day, Phan Thiet City Police had captured the remaining suspect and the vehicle used to commit the crime.
