Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union - said that last year the production and employment situation of workers at the company was quite stable. The company has discussed and agreed to approve the 2026 Tet bonus plan for union members.

This year, the company's Tet bonus is equal to 2.4 months of basic salary (base salary plus allowances). The Tet bonus in 2025 is 2 months of basic salary, so this year's Tet bonus increases by 0.4 months of salary. This bonus is a thank you from the company to employees who have joined forces with the business to complete the production and business plan" - Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung shared.

In addition, the company also decided to increase the basic salary for employees, depending on the employee's qualifications, the lowest increase is 350,000 VND/person/month. Currently, the lowest basic salary for new employees is 6.155 million VND/month.

On this occasion, the company also increased allowances for employees such as: Child support allowance of 50,000 VND/baby, allowance for employees working in environments without air conditioning of 100,000 VND/person/month. The grassroots trade union is continuing to negotiate for the company to increase the value of meals.

Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung added that during Tet, the grassroots trade union also gave gifts to 6,700 union members (300,000 VND each). The grassroots trade union proposed and was agreed by the company to organize 6 sleeper bus trips to take workers home for Tet. Company employees will be 100% free of charge for bus tickets home.

26 billion VND of Lunar New Year bonus

At A Chau Door Technology Co., Ltd. (producing high-class kitchen cabinets, in Tan Hiep ward), the working atmosphere of workers is bustling to keep up with orders. At the end of the year, the company has continuously announced many good news for workers such as increasing Tet bonuses and salaries. More than 1,000 workers, everyone is excited, looking forward to welcoming a warm and prosperous Tet, gathering with their families. Mr. Danh Thanh Sang (27 years old, from An Giang) shared: "This year, the work of workers and income are quite stable. Each month I have an income of 10-14 million VND. The company also has many welfare programs to increase income for workers and announce Tet bonuses early, so we are also reassured to work.

The grassroots trade union of Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. said that this year, the company will allocate 26 billion VND to pay Tet bonuses. Tet bonuses are calculated based on seniority, job position and efficiency in production and business. On average, workers are rewarded from 6 to 14 million VND, workers who have been attached for 7 years or more are rewarded 16-18 million VND. For technical staff, depending on the time they take office, they are rewarded from 18 million VND to 22 million VND. Workers who are team leaders will be rewarded from 35 million VND to 70 million VND.

In addition to Tet bonuses, the company also rewards work completion and organizes Tet celebrations with a cash prize draw for more than 1,300 workers, a company representative said.
