Attending the ceremony were Ms. Pham Hai Hoa - Member of the City Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, Chairman of the City Farmers' Association; Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of the City Labor Federation; Vice Chairmen of the City Labor Federation Nguyen Huy Khanh, Nguyen Chinh Huu and delegates of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi City.
The Party Cell of the Trade Union Work Committee was established on July 21, 2025, currently has 32 Party members. Immediately after its establishment, the Party Cell proactively developed operating regulations, assigned specific responsibilities to each Party member, promoted the initiative and creativity of the team of cadres and Party members, and performed well the advisory function of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City and the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation.
Reporting on the direction, tasks, targets, targets and implementation solutions of the Party cell in the 2025 - 2030 term, Ms. Le Thi Kim Diep - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee said that in addition to basic advantages, as a newly established Party cell on the basis of merging the City Labor Federation Committees, the Party Cell needs to be stable in organization, ensuring overcoming difficulties, seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, striving with higher determination to successfully implement the direction of the Central Committee, Hanoi City Party Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Hanoi City, term 2025 - 2030.
The general goal set by the Party Cell is "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, democracy, the spirit of innovation and creativity, continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell, building a team of cadres and Party members with capacity and qualifications, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, successfully carrying out the political tasks of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi City, building a strong Capital Trade Union organization, building a civilized, civilized, modern capital with the whole country entering the "New Era - the Era of rising up to develop richly and prosperously of the Vietnamese nation".

Continue to enhance the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; Continue to improve the quantity and quality of negotiation and signing and strengthen supervision of the implementation of Collective Labor Agreements at enterprises.
Improve the quality of activities to care for the material and spiritual needs of union members and workers in the direction of ensuring social security rights and creating a difference in the rights and interests of union members and workers, creating closer solidarity between union members and the Trade Union organization.
Innovating propaganda and mobilization work; improving political courage, educational qualifications, expertise, professional skills, industrial style, and labor discipline of union members and workers. Promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in consulting work.
The Congress also listened to the Report on synthesizing comments on the Political Report of the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi for the 2025-2030 term; Report on synthesizing comments on the Political Report of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Pham Hai Hoa - Member of the City Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the City Farmers' Association highly appreciated the methodical and serious preparation for the Congress of the Trade Union Work Committee.
