The National Defense Trade Union Board alone has had 3,526 technical innovation topics and initiatives, with an estimated value of more than 248 billion VND.

As in the " good workers in the capital" movement launched by the Hanoi City Labor Federation, tens of thousands of workers are honored at the grassroots and above-level levels each year.
