Strict requirements, high determination
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh said that he is directly in charge of preparing and deploying telecommunications infrastructure.
"Work started in early July 2025 with the steps of surveying, developing plans and installing for testing. From mid-August 2025, the entire system will be deployed, configured and put into operation simultaneously. We will maintain operations and supervise 24/7 until the grand ceremony ends and complete the demolition before September 15, 2025" - Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh said.
According to Mr. Hoang Anh, the specific tasks of him and his colleagues include checking, optimizing, expanding the capacity of mobile, fixed networks, and the internet; establishing centralized monitoring at the Information Management Center, AI application to detect early the risk of network congestion. Organize BTS battlefield and mobile vehicle stations in Ba Dinh Square, Hoan Kiem Lake, August Revolution Square and parade and parade routes; increase mobile broadcasting vehicles at key locations such as Co Loa National Exhibition Center, My Dinh Stadium, West Lake, Military Museum...
"We coordinate with other sectors, work closely with relevant units and the Organizing Committee to develop emergency prevention and response plans. The VNPT technical team was on duty 24/7 throughout the event - Mr. Hoang Anh added.
The most difficult thing is the large number of deployed battlefield stations, requiring synchronous handling of power sources and transmissions as well as close coordination with security forces, police and military. The implementation in the city center - where traffic is heavy and the population density is very high - also requires special requirements: both ensuring safety and preserving urban aesthetics so as not to affect the solemn atmosphere of the Festival.
In addition to technical capacity, inter-sectoral coordination, discipline and proactiveness of the VNPT engineer team are also key factors to meet the specific requirements of this event, said Mr. Hoang Anh.
Leaders are concerned, the union accompanies, the family shares
During his participation in the A80 service, Mr. Hoang Anh said that officers, employees and workers always received close attention from the Hanoi VNPT Board of Directors. The grassroots trade union accompanies, encourages the spirit and ensures shift meals and drinks right at the scene, helping the brothers have more health and cohesion.
On the family's side, although the workload lasts continuously day and night, even on Saturdays and Sundays, everyone understands and supports.
To be involved in the A80 service is a great source of pride for me. This is not only an daily job but also a responsibility and opportunity to contribute to a historic event of the country. Every BTS station is built, every transmission line is connected smoothly, I feel like I am contributing a small part to bring the image of the Festival to millions of people across the country. Although I work hard day and night, when I see the system operating stably, my heart is truly moved and happy.
This will definitely be a memorable professional memory that I always cherish. Looking back, I feel most appreciated the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the VNPT engineering team - each BTS station built, each smooth communication line is the silent efforts of the whole team. To be able to contribute a small part with my teammates so that millions of people across the country can fully watch the country's grand atmosphere is a great pride, a memorable professional experience for life" - Mr. Hoang Anh said emotionally.
